For custom websites and platforms, we design every screen and write the code from scratch. No WordPress, no Webflow, no drag-and-drop. Ecommerce stores can use Shopify or MerchantPro, with design and setup built around your brand.

There are two ways to work together: a monthly partnership at €2,000 per month for ongoing design and development, or projects and sprints from €1,000 for a clear deliverable. Prices exclude VAT. Projects are scoped and quoted before work starts, with 50% upfront and 50% on completion. You can pause or cancel the partnership before renewal.

We usually kick off within 1 to 2 business days. The first step is a short call to understand what you need. After that you get a clear plan, a fixed price, and a delivery timeline before anything begins.

We start with a call to agree on your goals and deliverables. For design and development work, you review the design before we build or finish the deliverables. Consulting focuses on recommendations and priorities. Projects include weekly updates, two rounds of design revisions where design is part of the scope, and a timeline agreed upfront. With the monthly partnership, we work on one active request at a time, share progress twice a week, and have a weekly call to agree on priorities.

Yes, in sections set up with a CMS. You can edit text, images and blog posts yourself. Changes to page structure, layout or custom functionality need code work, handled by us or your own developer after handover. Shopify and MerchantPro stores also have their own tools for content and catalogue updates.

For custom websites and platforms, we can arrange hosting or hand the code over to your developer for your own hosting. Marketing websites and landing pages have no ongoing maintenance plan; hosting is agreed during scoping. Custom platforms can be maintained by Aruno from €100/month + VAT, depending on size and needs, or handed over to your in-house team. Later changes can be quoted as a project or sprint, or covered by the monthly partnership. Shopify and MerchantPro stores are hosted by those platforms; moving to another platform is a migration.

Anything we built that breaks after launch is fixed free of charge for 30 days. After that, ongoing work can be covered by the monthly partnership, quoted as a project or sprint, or handled through custom platform maintenance from €100/month + VAT, depending on size and needs.

We work through calls, messages and shared documents, with regular updates and clear milestones. Wherever you're based, the process stays the same.
